So I had four caches (one for each download) each of about 6.5GB, plus four log sets each of about 0.5GB.
I noticed tonight that my computer’s backup files are rather big and the RAID1 backup store is becoming tight on space, so had a look at what was being so hungry.Īmongst other wastes of space I discovered that by far the worst culprit is the Naviextras which does not clear its download cache when done. I’ll ring corporate Customer Relations shortly. Just spoken to my local Mazda agent and, understandably, there’s little they can do about a corporate wide software issue which, I imagine, will not just apply to MX-5 cars. The customer service center hours are 8am - 6pm Central Time, Monday - Friday. A customer service representative will respond to your message within 1 business day. Just worked out that even if the Mazda Toolbox is downloaded from the EU (Europe) site the help and Customer Care buttons take you to the American website whose hours are 08:00 - 18:00Į.g. You may also call our toll-free customer service center at 80.
Just added a JPG file which shows the download should be compatible with MAC OS 10.8 or later. I’ll update this when my local agent calls me (or I call them). I can’t seem to find a different version on line.
The Mazda software seems to be at least two years old according to the ‘About’ splash screen but the application is dated 16-May-17 08:26.
Mazda toolbox for os x for mac#
The current downloadable version of Mazda Toolbox for MAC (Version 4.3 (067913)) doesn’t work (is incompatible) with the latest version of Apple Mac Operating System - macOS Sierra Version 10.12.5 which is the latest version. Fairly sharp e-mail sent to my local Mazda dealer.
